Welcome to Bablo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Bablo (“Bablo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the Bablo mobile application, our websites, and related services (together, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Plain-language summary (not a substitute for the full terms): Bablo helps you understand your money. We connect to your bank read-only through Plaid — we can see your transactions to budget, but we can never move your money. We don’t sell your data. Bablo is a budgeting tool, not a bank, financial advisor, or accountant, so the numbers we show are estimates, not a statement.
Bablo is an early release, so expect rough edges. Paid plans are sold only through the Apple App Store: they renew automatically until you cancel, you cancel through Apple, and Apple — not us — handles refunds. Sections 10 and 11 spell all of that out.
1.Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. These Terms apply to every visitor, user, and account holder. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Two sections deserve a flag before you read on: Section 18 limits what we owe you if something goes wrong, and Section 23 requires most disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration instead of in court, and waives class actions. Section 23 also explains how to opt out of arbitration within 30 days, which costs you nothing else in these Terms.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Bablo. The Service is currently offered to residents of the United States, and is intended for personal, non-commercial use. By using Bablo, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Bablo is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, email us and we’ll remove it.
3.Your account
To use most features you’ll create an account using a passwordless one-time code or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device and email address tied to your account, and for all activity that happens under it.
- Keep your sign-in method and device secure; notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One account per person. Don’t share your account, and don’t let anyone else use your sign-in codes.
- You may enable Face ID or a passcode lock within the app for added protection.
Because sign-in codes go to your email address, whoever controls that inbox can reach your Bablo account. Keep it secured, and update it in the app if it changes.
4.Electronic communications
Bablo is a digital service, and we communicate with you digitally: by email to the address on your account and by notices inside the app. You consent to receiving communications from us electronically — including sign-in codes, security and account notices, billing and subscription notices, and notices about changes to these Terms — and you agree that they satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
Push notifications are optional and controlled by you, both in the app’s notification settings and in iOS Settings. You can turn off individual categories — transactions, bills, money left, goals, Coach, and the daily brief — or all of them. Keep in mind that notifications you enable may include financial details, like balances or upcoming bills, that will be visible on your lock screen.
Some messages aren’t optional: we may still send you service, security, legal, and billing notices that are necessary to operate your account. If you want to withdraw your consent to electronic communications generally, you’ll need to stop using the Service and delete your account.
5.What Bablo does
Bablo is a personal-finance app that connects to your financial accounts to show you a clear picture of your money — including a “safe-to-spend” figure, spending insights, and savings goals. The figures, categories, projections, and recommendations Bablo produces are estimates generated from the data available to us. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and should not be relied upon as a definitive record of your finances.
In particular: transaction data can arrive late or change after it posts, pending charges can differ from final amounts, categories can be wrong, and a projection is a guess about the future. Your bank’s own statements are the record. Bablo is not.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without notice or liability.
6.Early releases & beta features
Bablo is an early-stage product, and parts of it are offered as a beta, preview, or early-access release. By using it at this stage you accept that:
- Things will break. The Service may be unavailable, slow, or buggy, and may be interrupted for maintenance without notice.
- Features move. We may add, change, or remove features — including ones you rely on — and information you’ve entered into an experimental feature may not carry forward if we retire or rework it.
- Numbers may be wrong more often than they will be later. Check anything that matters against your bank before you act on it.
- Free access during the beta is temporary. While we’re in beta, we may open the app to everyone at no charge. That’s a courtesy, not a permanent entitlement, and we may end it — see Section 10.
Beta and preview features are provided “as is,” and the disclaimers in Section 17 and the liability limits in Section 18 apply to them in full. If you send us feedback about them, we’d be glad to have it, on the terms in Section 15.
7.Bank connections & third-party services
Bablo connects to your bank and card accounts through Plaid Inc., a third-party data provider. When you link an account, you authorize Plaid to access information from your financial institution on your behalf, and you agree to Plaid’s end-user privacy policy.
- Read-only access. The connection is read-only. Bablo can view balances and transactions to power the app, but cannot move, send, or spend your money.
- Your bank’s terms still apply. Your relationship with your financial institution is governed by your agreement with them, not by us.
- Third-party reliability. We do not control Plaid or your financial institutions and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. Data may be delayed or temporarily unavailable, and a connection may break and need to be re-authorized.
When you link an account, you represent that you own it or are authorized to use it. You expressly authorize Bablo — acting through Plaid — to access the institution's systems on your behalf to retrieve your account information, and for that limited purpose you appoint Bablo and Plaid as your agent. When we do this, we act as your agent, not the agent of your financial institution.
You can disconnect a bank at any time from within the app, and deleting your account disconnects all of them (Section 21).
The Service also relies on other third-party providers — for example, hosting and database infrastructure, subscription management, crash reporting, product analytics, email delivery, and the AI provider described in Section 8. Our Privacy Policy describes what each receives. Your use of a third party’s own service may be subject to its terms.
8.AI-assisted features
Parts of Bablo use artificial intelligence — most visibly Coach, along with some of the setup that recognizes your paychecks and recurring bills. These features turn your financial data into plain-language summaries, observations, and suggestions.
- What gets sent. To produce this, we send a summarized picture of your finances to our AI provider (a third-party service acting as our processor). That picture can include merchant names, bill and subscription names, savings-goal names, category totals, income and balance figures, and recent spending patterns. It does not include your bank login credentials or full account numbers — we never have those. Our Privacy Policy describes this in more detail.
- We don’t train models on your money. We do not use your financial data to train AI models, and we don’t sell it. Our provider processes it only to generate the output we requested.
- Generated text can be wrong. AI output is probabilistic. It can misread a merchant, file spending in the wrong category, misjudge whether a charge repeats, or state a figure that doesn’t match your statement — and it can do so confidently. Treat it as a prompt to go look, not as a finding.
- It is not advice. Nothing an AI feature produces is financial, tax, or legal advice — see Section 9. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.
- Availability varies. AI features may be rate-limited, paused, changed, or removed, and we may change providers.
9.Not financial, tax, or legal advice
Bablo is a budgeting and informational tool only. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, investment advisor, tax preparer, or accountant, and nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Before acting on anything you see in Bablo, consider verifying it against your official account statements and, where appropriate, consulting a qualified professional.
Bablo does not hold, transfer, or have custody of your money, and is not a money transmitter. We are not a credit-reporting agency, and nothing in the Service is a credit decision or a promise about your creditworthiness.
10.Plans, prices & free trials
Bablo is a paid subscription. Using it requires an active subscription — there is no free version. While we’re in beta, we may open the app to everyone at no charge. We may end that at any time; if you’d have to start paying to keep using something you already had, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it happens.
How purchases work
Subscriptions are sold exclusively as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. There is no other way to buy Bablo. Apple is the merchant of record: Apple charges you, Apple holds your payment details, and we never see or store your card number. We use a third-party subscription-management provider to keep track of which plan you’re on; see our Privacy Policy.
Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, not to your Bablo account. If you sign in to Bablo with a different email but the same Apple ID, tap “Restore purchases” on the paywall to reattach it. Where we enable Family Sharing, a subscription may be shared with your Apple Family group under Apple’s rules.
Plans and prices
We offer monthly and annual plans. The plan, the exact price in your local currency, the billing period, and the length of any free trial are shown on the purchase screen in the app before you confirm — that screen, not this page, is the authoritative statement of what you’re agreeing to pay. Prices include tax where Apple collects it on our behalf; otherwise you’re responsible for any tax that applies.
Free trials
We may offer a free trial. When we do:
- You’ll see the length of the trial and the price that follows it before you start.
- A trial converts to a paid subscription automatically. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, Apple will charge you for the first paid period as soon as the trial is over. Cancel before then and you won’t be charged.
- Apple determines eligibility. Trials are generally limited to one per Apple ID — if you’ve used one before, you may be charged immediately instead.
- If you switch plans or subscribe during a trial, you may give up whatever is left of it.
- We can change or withdraw trial offers at any time. That doesn’t change a trial you’ve already started.
Promotional and introductory pricing
If you subscribe at a promotional, introductory, or discounted rate, that rate applies only for the period stated in the offer. After it ends, the subscription renews at the standard price for your plan unless you cancel first.
Price changes
We may change our prices. A change never affects a billing period you have already paid for. We’ll give you notice before a new price takes effect, and where Apple’s rules require it, Apple will ask you to agree to the increase before charging it — if you don’t agree, your subscription simply stops renewing. Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
11.Renewals, cancellation & refunds
Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically. Apple charges your payment method within 24 hours before the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, for another period of the same length. This repeats until you cancel.
How to cancel
You cancel through Apple, not through us — we cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf. On your iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bablo → Cancel Subscription. Apple’s own instructions are at support.apple.com.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel later than that and the next period will already have renewed and been charged.
What cancelling does
Cancelling stops future renewals. It doesn’t end the period you’ve already paid for: you keep your paid features until that period runs out, and the subscription lapses at the end of it. We don’t prorate or refund partial periods.
After your subscription ends
When your subscription ends, so does your access to Bablo — there is no free version to fall back on. You may lose access to what’s in your account: your history, the categories and rules you’ve set up, your goals, and anything else you’ve built up here. You can resubscribe whenever you like, and you can delete your account whenever you like (Section 21).
Note that deleting your Bablo account does not cancel your subscription. Apple bills the Apple ID, so you must cancel with Apple separately or you’ll keep being charged.
Failed payments
If Apple can’t charge your payment method, your subscription may enter a billing-retry or grace period set by Apple. Your access may be suspended, or your subscription ended, if payment isn’t collected.
Refunds
Because Apple is the merchant of record, purchases are final and all refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple’s policies rather than ours. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support. We have no ability to issue, guarantee, or reverse an App Store refund.
That said, if something went wrong on our side, please email us — we’d rather hear about it, and we’ll support your request with Apple where we can. Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
12.Apple App Store terms
Because Bablo is distributed through Apple's App Store, the following terms also apply and control to the extent they conflict with anything else in these Terms:
- These Terms are between you and Bablo only — not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
- Your license to the app is a non-transferable license to use it on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules (including Family Sharing where available).
- Bablo, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide any support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation; any other claim, loss, or liability attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty is our responsibility, subject to these Terms.
- Bablo, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app — including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, claims under consumer-protection or privacy law, and third-party claims that the app infringes intellectual-property rights.
- You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Service, including Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
13.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
- Access an account or data that isn’t yours, or link accounts you’re not authorized to use;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- Use the Service or data obtained from it to build a competing product or to train machine-learning or AI models;
- Use any automated means — bots, scrapers, or scripts — to access the Service, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or breach any security measure;
- Circumvent any paywall, usage limit, trial restriction, or access control;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate anyone;
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to hello@babloapp.com rather than exploiting it. We won’t pursue good-faith security research that respects other users’ data and doesn’t degrade the Service.
14.Your content
Notes, savings goals, custom categories, planned expenses, spend watches, manual bills and income, and anything else you enter into Bablo is your content, and it stays yours. You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive license we need to host, store, back up, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service for you — including sending it to the providers described in Sections 7 and 8 where a feature you’re using requires it. That license ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from the backups and security logs described in our Privacy Policy.
You’re responsible for what you put in. Don’t enter content you don’t have the right to use, and don’t put other people’s sensitive personal information into free-text fields. Never type passwords, full account numbers, or security codes into a note — Bablo never needs them, and no one at Bablo will ever ask you for them.
Nothing you enter is visible to other users. Bablo has no social features, no public profiles, and no sharing between accounts. Where the app can generate something shareable — such as a month-in-review card — it is created on your device and goes only where you choose to send it.
15.Intellectual property & feedback
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, the Bablo name and logo, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Bablo or its licensors and is protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without any obligation, attribution, or payment to you. Please don’t send us anything you consider confidential or want to be paid for.
16.Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal or financial data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
17.Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that the financial information shown will be accurate, complete, or current. You use the Service at your own risk.
Without limiting that: we make no warranty about the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of data obtained from your financial institutions or from Plaid; about any projection, categorization, or recommendation the Service produces, including AI-generated output; or about the availability of any third-party service the Service depends on. Beta and preview features carry no warranty of any kind.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
18.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bablo and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, savings, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any reliance on figures, projections, or recommendations it produces, and including bank fees, overdraft or insufficient-funds charges, missed payments, or late fees. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $50. These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, and they reflect a reasonable allocation of risk for a service offered at this price. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
19.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bablo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. We may assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at our own expense, and you agree to cooperate with us in that defense.
20.Disputes with third parties
Bablo sits between you and a number of other companies: your bank or card issuer, Plaid, Apple, and the providers we use to run the Service. If a dispute arises between you and any of them — a bank that won’t reconnect, a charge you don’t recognize, a refund Apple declined, a data feed that went stale — that dispute is between you and them. You release Bablo and its affiliates from claims, demands, and damages of every kind arising out of or connected with any such dispute.
Fees your financial institution charges you — overdraft, insufficient funds, wire, or late fees — are a matter between you and that institution, including where a figure in Bablo turned out to be wrong or out of date. Where we are genuinely at fault, Section 18 governs what we owe.
21.Suspension & termination
Your right to leave
You can stop using Bablo at any time, and you can delete your account from within the app or by emailing us. Deletion is immediate and permanent: we remove your Bablo data and tell Plaid to drop the bank connections we opened for you. We can’t undo it and we can’t recover your data afterwards. The narrow exceptions — backups that expire on their own schedule, and security and audit logs we keep for a limited period — are described in our Privacy Policy.
Remember that deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription (Section 11).
Our right to suspend or terminate
We may suspend or limit your access — immediately and without notice where necessary — if we reasonably believe there is a security problem, fraud, abuse of the Service, a violation of Section 13, a legal or regulatory requirement, or a risk to other users or to us. We may terminate your account on notice if you materially breach these Terms and don’t fix it after we ask, or if we stop offering the Service. Where it’s practical to give you notice and a chance to put things right first, we will.
If we discontinue Bablo
If we decide to shut the Service down, we’ll make a reasonable effort to tell you in advance and to leave you a window to export or record what matters to you before access ends.
Effect of termination
On termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the Service. Any fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple’s policies. Sections that by their nature should survive — including Sections 8 (last two bullets), 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, and 25 — survive termination.
22.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, when we add features, change how the Service works, or need to reflect a legal requirement. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
For material changes we’ll give you advance notice — in the app or by email to the address on your account — and say when the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the revised Terms. If you don’t accept them, stop using the Service and delete your account before the effective date; if the change materially reduces what you get from a paid subscription you’ve already bought, you can also cancel under Section 11. Changes to Section 23 have their own rules, set out in that section.
23.Dispute resolution & arbitration
Please read this section carefully — it affects how claims between you and Bablo get resolved, and it limits your right to go to court or take part in a class action.
Talk to us first. Most concerns can be sorted out quickly and informally. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first email us at hello@babloapp.com with a notice describing your name, the email on your account, what happened, and what you’d like us to do about it — and to give us 30 days to work it out with you. We agree to do the same before bringing a claim against you. If the dispute isn’t resolved in those 30 days, either of us may start arbitration. Any limitation period is paused while this process runs.
Binding individual arbitration. If we can’t resolve a dispute informally, you and Bablo agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which cap the filing fee you pay — we pay the administrator and arbitrator fees those rules assign to us. The arbitration will take place in the county where you live, or remotely by video, phone, or written submissions — whichever you prefer. The arbitrator decides all questions of arbitrability, may award the same individual remedies a court could, and will issue a written decision explaining the essential findings. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
What this section does not cover:
- Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies there.
- Either of us may go to court to seek an injunction against infringement or misuse of intellectual property, or unauthorized access to the Service.
- Any claim for public injunctive relief is severed from arbitration and may be brought in court under Section 24; the rest of the dispute is arbitrated first, and the court claim is stayed until the arbitration finishes.
- Nothing here stops you from reporting a concern to a government agency or regulator.
No class actions; no jury trials. You and Bablo each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. Disputes may not be consolidated with anyone else’s, and the arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party who brought the claim. If a court finds this class-action waiver unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim — and only that claim — must proceed in court under Section 24, and the rest of this section still applies.
Coordinated claims. If 25 or more people bring substantially similar arbitration claims represented by the same or coordinated counsel, you and Bablo agree the AAA will administer them in batches of no more than 50 at a time, each batch heard by a single arbitrator, with one set of fees per batch. This keeps mass filings workable; it does not merge anyone’s claim with anyone else’s, and each claim is still decided individually.
Your right to opt out. Arbitration is not a take-it-or-leave-it condition: you may opt out of this section entirely, with no effect on the rest of these Terms, by emailing hello@babloapp.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms (or, for existing users, within 30 days of this section first taking effect) with your name, the email on your account, and a statement that you are opting out of arbitration.
If we change this section. If we materially change this Section 23 after you accept it, you may reject the change by emailing us within 30 days of the change taking effect — in which case the version you last accepted continues to apply between us. Changes to this section never apply retroactively to a dispute we already knew about.
Survival. This section survives termination of these Terms and the end of your account.
24.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and — where it applies — the Federal Arbitration Act. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. For anything Section 23 allows to be decided in court, you and Bablo consent to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
25.General terms
Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Bablo about the Service, and they supersede any prior understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms remain in full effect.
No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets — in which case they continue to bind the successor.
Relationship of the parties. These Terms don’t create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and Bablo. The narrow agency you grant us in Section 7, solely to retrieve your account data on your behalf, is the only agency relationship these Terms create.
Third-party beneficiaries. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms as described in Section 12, and the parties released in Section 20 may rely on that release. Otherwise, these Terms create no rights for anyone who isn’t a party to them.
Export controls and sanctions. You represent that you are not located in, and are not a national or resident of, a country subject to a U.S. government embargo, and that you do not appear on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree not to use or export the Service in violation of U.S. export laws.
Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — for example, outages at financial institutions or infrastructure providers, natural disasters, or government actions.
Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account or through the app; they’re treated as received the day they’re sent. Send legal notices to us at hello@babloapp.com, and include your name and the email on your account.
Cooperation with authorities. We may access, preserve, and disclose information about you where we reasonably believe the law requires it, or where it’s necessary to investigate fraud or a security incident, enforce these Terms, or protect the rights and safety of our users or the public. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle such requests.
Reporting to regulators is always allowed. Nothing in these Terms — including the acceptable-use, confidentiality, and dispute-resolution sections — prevents you from filing a complaint with, or communicating with, a government agency or regulator, or from receiving any award such an agency may offer. You don’t need our permission and you don’t have to tell us first.
Language and interpretation. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, it’s for convenience only and the English version controls in the event of a conflict. Headings are for reference only. “Including” means “including without limitation.”
26.Notice for California users
Under California Civil Code §1789.3, California users are entitled to know that complaints may be filed with the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N-112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, before the current period ends, through your Apple ID subscription settings — the steps are in Section 11. California residents who accepted an offer online may also cancel by emailing hello@babloapp.com, and we’ll walk the request through with Apple.
27.Contact us
Questions about these Terms? We’d genuinely like to hear from you at hello@babloapp.com.
By using Bablo, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
